Sleeping Story

Jack Furr was a heron who lived in a quiet little pond. He liked to spend his days exploring the surroundings and observing the fauna and flora. Every day he woke up early to eat breakfast and go on an adventure.


One day, Jack decided to fly further than usual and landed on a paradise island. He was amazed by the colors of the flowers, the chirping of the birds and the sound of the waves breaking on the white sand beach. This place was magical!


Jack spent the next few hours admiring this idyllic landscape before returning home at dusk. But before that, he found a tree whose branches offered a beautiful view of the sunset. As he watched the sun sink over the horizon, Jack felt his fatigue welling up inside him and slowly fell into a deep restful sleep.


The next morning, Jack was awakened by the joyful chirping of birds around him. He then took off to return home with the satisfaction of having discovered such a marvelous place!
