Rusty Lindgren is a mechanic who lives in a small town in Oklahoma. He has always dreamed of traveling, and finally sees his chance arrive when he receives an invitation from his uncle to join him in San Francisco. Rusty then decides to leave in a Ford Model T, the antique car that was once his father's.


During his trip, Rusty makes unexpected encounters and finds himself involved in local intrigues. He will have to face corrupt gangs, outlaws and even an old ghost from the past. With the help of his new friends, will Rusty be able to overcome all the obstacles? And will he finally arrive in San Francisco?
