Picture of Frog Yoga

Luiza Nakachidze was a very active and independent frog. She loved spending time exploring the surroundings, discovering new things and having fun with her friends. She had heard of yoga and she wanted to try.


One day she decided to take up yoga to see what it was really like. Luiza studied all the movements and postures she found on the internet and tried to reproduce them at home. She loved the feeling of calm she felt after each session.


She practiced yoga for several months until she began to master certain difficult poses such as the lotus posture or acrobatic figures such as the inverted sun salutation! Every day, she felt stronger and more flexible thanks to the regular and well-executed movements that were an integral part of her daily routine.


Today, Luiza is a big fan of yoga! She loves to do sessions regularly because it allows her to keep a clear mind, a strong and healthy body!
