Picture of Donkey Yoga

Avetis Vardanyan was a very peculiar donkey. He loved yoga and spent hours training to improve it. Every day he got up early and did a series of different postures to improve his flexibility and balance. After each session, Avetis felt stronger and calmer than ever.


One day, while he was practicing his yoga in a peaceful field, a group of children approached to watch him. They were amazed to see a donkey practicing yoga with such devotion. Avetis greeted them warmly and invited them to join his daily yoga session. The children enthusiastically accepted and spent the morning learning yoga postures with him.


The children loved this unique experience and promised Avetis that they would come back every week to continue learning with him. Since then, Avetis has been known in the region as "The Yogi Donkey" because he still continues to share his passion for yoga with anyone who wants to learn it!
