Night Walk

Vuko Žigić, a gray and white heron, wandered the streets of Podgorica during a rainy night. He felt free and unfettered as he walked along the streetlights lit by streetlights.


He stopped in front of the Freedom Monument, an emblematic place in the city that represents the independence and freedom of the Montenegrin people. Vuko stretched his wings and looked around through the raindrops that fell gently on his head. The statue seemed almost alive under the light of the street lamps. The eyes of the monument seemed to follow each movement of the gray and white heron who strolled quietly in this place steeped in history.


Vuko continued on his way until he reached the Moraca River, where he sat down to enjoy even more of this unique sensation that comes with a nocturnal stroll in the middle of nature. The calm was soothing and Vuko closed his eyes enjoying this magical moment when he felt totally free.
