It was a rainy night in Moscow, and Yulian Romanovitch Kabanov, the subaquatic, was wandering the streets of the city. He stopped in front of one of Moscow's most emblematic monuments: Saint Basil's Cathedral. The beauty and grandeur of the building was even more impressive in the torrential rain that fell on the city that night.
