Summer had arrived, and with it a heat wave that turned the city into an oven. The streets were deserted and the inhabitants took refuge in the shade to find some freshness. However, there was one place where the heat didn't have such a grip: the Mosque.


The Mosque was always calm and peaceful, even in hot weather. The breeze blowing through the open windows brought a gentle coolness to the faithful who came to pray each day. The silence was broken by the buzzing of bees foraging for flowers in the adjacent garden and the chirping of birds perched on the branches of fruit trees.


Those present at the Mosque indulged in silent contemplation and spiritual meditation rather than the lively discussion that could be heard elsewhere in town. Visitors were invited to sit on the soft carpets to take advantage of this beneficial moment far from the tumult outside. They could then recharge their batteries thanks to the positive vibrations of the sanctified place, which would allow them to leave stronger in the face of the daily challenges of urban life.
