Picture of Leaning Tower of Pisa Summer

Summer had arrived and with it, the heat. The streets of Pisa were crowded with tourists who had come to admire the famous Tower of Pisa. The tower stood proudly in the sky, its white walls reflecting the rays of the sun.


Among the crowd of tourists was a young couple who had decided to spend a day visiting the city and its landmark. The boy, enthusiastic, absolutely wanted to climb to the top of the tower to take panoramic photos. His girlfriend wasn't very enthusiastic about the idea but she couldn't say no to his tenacity.


So they headed for the entrance and began to climb the stone steps worn by time and by the countless visitors who had taken the same direction as them before them. They were climbing slowly as it was extremely hot and they felt the ground vibrate under their feet every time another group passed in front of them on their way down after reaching the top. After hours of climbing, they finally reached their destination: a circular platform where they could admire a breathtaking view of the whole city and its surroundings from the heights of the greatest Italian monument!


The young couple stayed there for a long time to take full advantage of this magnificent landscape and then calmly descended to join the lively streets of Pisa where they were going to spend a few more hours before night fell gently on this beautiful and unforgettable summer day. .
