Aminu Rasheedah Obianuju was a very calm and kind zebra. She lived in a nature reserve in South Africa, where she spent her days leisurely wandering the plains. But she also had a very special passion: yoga.


Every morning, Aminu got up at dawn to do her daily yoga practice. She began with sun salutations and then continued with various postures that allowed her to develop her flexibility and balance. Then, she took a few deep breaths to calm her mind and ended with a meditation to find inner peace.


This routine brought her a lot of physical and mental well-being, which would allow her to go through each day with more assurance and self-confidence. The other animals in the park often watched Aminu practice with admiration and respect as they recognized the inner strength she demonstrated every day through the yoga she practiced so diligently.
