Meeting

Leonardo da Vinci was a famous artist and inventor who lived in Italy at the end of the 15th century. One day, while walking in the woods near his home, he heard a familiar sound: the fox Tanel Mets. Intrigued by this little animal, Leonard approached slowly to see what Tanel Mets was doing.


Tanel Mets was very curious and eager to learn. He liked to observe humans; he knew they possessed fascinating knowledge and incredible abilities. So when Leonardo approached him, Tanel Mets was very happy and jumped to his feet to greet his new human friend!


Leonardo was also delighted to meet Tanel Mets because he found this fox charming and intelligent. So they started chatting together while walking in the woods. They talked about the animals, plants and even the scientific secrets that Leonardo discovered every day thanks to his fascinating research! The conversations between Leonard and Tanel were always intense and enriching!


Over time, a strong friendship was born between them; it remained intact until the death of Leonardo in 1519. Even today, we tell the incredible story of this beautiful friendship between an extraordinary man and a witty fox!
