Susanna Lindberg was a young woman who loved yoga. She lived in a small village near the forest with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Muffin. Every day, Susanna got up early and went to practice yoga in the village classroom. She loved the slow, controlled movements of yoga and found it gave her a sense of calm and well-being.


Muffin loved accompanying Susanna to her yoga lesson each day. He likes to lie on the carpet while she does her poses. The people of the village were always surprised by the way Muffin stood still while Susanna did her exercises. They often said that it was as if Muffin savored every moment with her and deeply enjoyed this time spent together.


Although Susanna didn't have a lot of money to pay for her lesson, she relished every minute she spent doing yoga with Muffin by her side who always reminded her how important it was for her to take care of herself- even and to enjoy the simple moments that make our life so rich in joy and love!
