Yessi Kezia Aryani was a German Shepherd who lived in the sunny hills of Italy. She really enjoyed her job and cared for her sheep with great love and patience. But she sometimes felt tired and stressed, so she decided to start practicing yoga to relieve her daily tensions.


She found a quiet place in the middle of the hills where she could settle down and begin her daily routine. Every morning, Yessi woke up early to do an hour of yoga before the sheep woke up. She loved the feeling she felt after each session: calm, relaxed and full of positive energy! She quickly learned to modify certain postures to adapt them to her canine body, which gave her even more pleasure.


Over time, Yessi became very good at yoga and was able to spend whole hours without fatigue or stress on her magic carpet. The other shepherds were impressed by his mastery of yoga and some even tried some postures themselves! They were so happy that they gave Yessi a small statue of a dog doing yoga to thank her for her kindness and invaluable help over the years.
