Michel Bugnon, a penniless young fox, comes to settle in a small town in the south of France. He is determined to find his place and make a name for himself. Unfortunately, it doesn't take long for him to face the issues of racism and the lack of opportunities for people like him. However, Michel does not give up and bravely faces these difficulties with the help of his friends and family. As he begins to find his place in the local community, he must deal with prejudice surrounding his social status and the negative consequences this can have on himself and those he loves. With persistence and courage, Michel finally manages to overcome all the hardships that mark his path to success.
