Science Fiction Spring

It was a hot, dry spring in the desert landscape. Sand dunes, arid plains and plateaus were enveloped in the sweltering heat of the sun. The only visible oasis was a small pond in the middle of the vast expanses of bare land.


A young boy named Jason walked across the landscape, desperately searching for a sign of life. He had been walking for hours without finding any shelter or food, and he was beginning to lose hope when he heard a strange noise coming from the ground. Intrigued, he stopped to look around and then saw something that looked like a door that seemed to come straight out of the ground.


He approached slowly and noticed that the door was decorated with mystical symbols that he did not understand. He hesitated for a moment, then his curiosity took over: he put his hand on the handle and gently pushed the door which opened with majestic slowness. Behind was a strange room filled with bizarre and unknown objects, some of which appeared to be very technologically advanced machines; but what drew Jason the most was a large lighted sphere hanging from the ceiling that shimmered softly and spread a pleasant feeling of soothing calm everywhere around it.


Suddenly, Jason heard a voice echo through the room: "I am Zethius, ancient god of ancient times" she announced "I created this machine to protect my people against the malevolent forces that threaten our existence". The young boy was left speechless at this incredible revelation! Zethius then explained that if properly activated his magical invention, it will be able to create a protective field capable of repelling any form of surrounding danger until the malevolent forces are vanquished forever! With this renewed hope, Jason willingly accepted this Herculian mission. He therefore successfully activated the magic machine thanks to the instructions provided by Zethius. Once completed, the luminous sphere began to shine brighter than ever, offering protection to the desert landscape.
