Picture of Coastal Summer

Summer had arrived and with it the heat of the air that engulfed the streets of the small coastal town. The inhabitants were at their windows, their eyes fixed on the white beaches, the cliffs covered with green moss and the islands which rose in the distance.


For months, Emilio had been waiting impatiently for this moment. He gathered his gear and set off for a full day exploring the coastal landscape. He began with a visit to the secluded coves where he could admire the marine fauna in peace before heading to a small port where he tasted freshly caught seafood.


Then he followed the winding road that led to the lighthouses and the old watchtowers built on the commanding heights. Up there, Emilio took advantage of the striking panorama offered by the turquoise sea and its islands dotted with green trees. The warm breeze blew gently across his face as he gazed at this beautiful coastal scenery.


In the evening, Emilio returned home satisfied after this beautiful day spent exploring the coastal landscape so rich in diverse natural beauty.
