Zōng Hǎi Yàn was a very special leopard. He loved yoga and spent a lot of time practicing difficult poses. Every day, he woke up early to do his morning yoga routine, which included postures such as downward facing dog and cobra pose.
He loved the feeling his movements gave him and soon felt calmer and more relaxed after each session. The other animals in the neighborhood were fascinated by the fluid movements he executed with natural grace. They started following him to learn how he did these complex moves with ease.
One day, Zōng Hǎi Yàn decided to teach the other animals what he knew about yoga. He organized classes where he taught other animals the fundamentals of yoga and how they could benefit from this magical practice. The other animals were so grateful that they began to hold regular yoga classes for Zōng Hǎi Yàn so that they could continue to benefit from his endless knowledge.
Since that day, Zōng Hǎi Yàn has been considered an inspiring figure among the neighborhood animals because she shows how practicing yoga can make us stronger and happier!
