Winter Story

Once upon a time there was a man named Erik. He lived in the Far North, among glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Every winter, he went hunting to support his family. That year, while preparing to leave for a long expedition in the freezing cold, he decided to take with him his best friend: a small snow-white arctic fox.


The trip was long and difficult but Erik and his companion made good progress despite the extreme temperatures. They walked for several days before finally reaching their destination: a large frozen lake that stretched as far as the eye could see. There they found everything they needed to survive: plenty of food and warm shelter.


The days passed quietly between hunting and picking the wild fruits that winter generously offered to those who knew where to look; but each evening, it was always with pleasure that the arctic fox snuggled up against Erik and warmed his icy nights. And although they can't speak the same language, Erik quickly felt that a strong bond had been created between the two of them...


As the weeks passed together, it became apparent that their friendship was stronger than anything around them. So when the day came to leave for their home, Erik couldn't hold back his tears as he said goodbye to his new furry friend... But luckily for him, before leaving, he made an unexpected gesture: a gentle caress on his frozen hand. … An unforgettable memory that will remain etched in his memory forever!
