Abstract Text

The robot was there, upright and motionless. He seemed to be expecting something, but what? His empty gaze fixed on the void and his inert hands stretched out towards an invisible horizon. Was it an invitation to share his fate? A call to travel to unexplored lands? An attempt to communicate with a higher intelligence whose presence we could not perceive? No one can tell. All we knew was that the robot was moving slowly and inexorably towards an unknown goal.
