Abstract Text

The Tokyo Rhinoceros was a very strange being. It walked through the bustling streets, its large horns swinging up and down and its shiny black carapace reflecting the Japanese sunlight. Passers-by looked at him curiously, not knowing what to expect. He advanced in a sort of trance, as if he was unaware of the gazes that were converging on him. It was a fascinating spectacle that drew crowds and sparked heated discussions around its origin and symbolic meaning. Some believed he was a divine sign sent to bring peace and prosperity to Japan; others thought he was a mythical creature who had come from another world to revolutionize the Japanese cultural landscape. Whatever the true nature of the Tokyo rhinoceros, it will always remain a mystical and unique presence on the streets of Japan.
