Picture of Dinosaur Yoga

Frederique Blick was a very special dinosaur. He loved yoga and spent his days doing various poses and exercises to maintain his fitness. He loved the relaxation that yoga gave him and found it very beneficial for his mind and body.


One day, while doing yoga on a sandy beach, he noticed a human watching his movements with interest. Frederique felt flattered by the attention of this human being and decided to meet him. When he was close enough, he introduced himself saying: “Hello my name is Frederique Blick and I am a dinosaur who loves yoga”. The human didn't seem too surprised because many people had heard of Frederique's exceptional yoga skills.


The human then asked Frederique if she could share her knowledge with her and teach her the basics of yoga. Of course, Frederique accepted with joy! So she started explaining all the fundamental principles of yoga to the human who carefully studied each of the movements she performed in front of him. In a short time, the human mastered several postures thanks to the judicious advice given by the yogi dinosaur!


Ever since that day, whenever the beach is empty, Fredrique Blick can be seen teaching yoga to his human friend as they enjoy a beautiful day in the sun together...
