Picture of Bear Yoga
Hamza Barry was a very strange bear. He loved doing yoga and working out every day. He lived in a quiet forest, near a small, gently flowing river. Every morning, he got up early to go do his yoga on the bank of the river.
He started with simple postures and progressed to more complex poses as he improved. Most of the time he worked alone, but sometimes the other animals in the forest came to look at him with curiosity and admiration. Although not common in bears, Hamza was able to hold certain poses for hours without apparent effort.
Over time, his practice allowed him to develop great physical and mental strength as well as a great inner calm that allowed him to go through difficult times with wisdom and patience. Hamza is now known across the region as an exceptionally talented master yogi who inspires others to find their own inner peace through yoga!
