Carmela Mariani was a very special dragon. She loved yoga and spent a lot of time working out and relaxing. Every morning she got up early to meditate before going flying around the mountains near her house. She found it very calming and it allowed her to reflect and take a step back from things.
One day, Carmela decided she wanted to share her love of yoga with other dragons. So she organized weekly classes to teach others how to do yoga properly. The dragons were thrilled because they were learning techniques that not only allowed them to stay in shape but also to manage their stress and emotions more easily.
Over time, Carmela became a recognized expert in dragon yoga, and she began to lecture on how dragons could use yoga to improve their quality of life. Her fame grew rapidly among the dragon community, and she was soon invited to give workshops in every major dragon city in the country!
