Biography

Alta Fay was a gorilla born on November 1, 1969 in the United States. She grew up in a very stimulating environment, and her intelligence developed very quickly. She started learning to read and write at the age of four, which is remarkable for a non-human species.


At the age of 10, she became interested in the world of space science and began to train in astronomy and cosmology. At 14, she was the youngest astronaut ever trained by NASA. Over the next few years, Alta Fay distinguished herself as an exceptionally talented and courageous cosmonaut.


In 2001, Alta Fay took part in her first international space mission: she was to be part of a crew that was to explore the most remote regions of our galaxy. Unfortunately, this mission ended tragically on October 5, 2001 when the spacecraft was damaged by an errant asteroid. Alta Fay died in the crash from injuries sustained during the spacecraft's impact on the lunar surface. His bravery and his passion for space science will remain etched in our memories forever.
