Biography

Jedediah Windler was a German Shepherd born on December 31, 1958 in the United States. He grew up on a farm and was passionate about astronomy and space science from an early age. After graduating from college, he worked as an astronomy and space engineering technician for several years, then joined NASA in 1981.

As an astronaut, Jedediah completed two missions aboard the Discovery and Challenger spacecraft between 1986 and 1989.
