Soldier Story
Leo Mills II was a soldier from Washington, DC who had the same name as his grandfather. He was very proud to be part of the armed forces and to serve his country. Leo still fondly remembers the day he joined the military and took the Stars and Stripes oath.
After his initial training, Leo was assigned to a unit in Afghanistan to participate in peacekeeping operations and the reconstruction of local infrastructure. For several months, he worked hard to protect Afghan civilians from terrorist attacks and to ensure their safety. Despite the dangers he faced every day, he continued to serve bravely and loyally until his mission was complete.
In the following years, Leo returned to the United States where he joined the National Army Reserve Reserve (ANGR) to help protect the national territory against any potential external threat. Thanks to her experience acquired in combat, Leo quickly rose in rank and is currently a Major in the ANGR. Every day, Leo continues to serve his country with dignity and pride as a dedicated member of the United States Armed Forces!
