Bath Ritual

A Sharpei washes by first wetting its coat well with lukewarm water. Then, a shampoo specially designed for dogs with short and thick hair is applied. It's important to use a mild shampoo that doesn't contain harsh chemicals, as this can irritate the Sharpei's skin. Once the shampoo has been applied, the dog's coat is massaged in circular motions to clean all corners and remove all impurities. The Sharpei is then rinsed thoroughly with clear water until it is completely clean. Finally, the coat is dried with a soft towel or a dryer suitable for dogs with long and thick hair.
